Carve or Fillet a Chicken or Turkey

This is a great way to carve either a chicken or a turkey (so remember this at Thanksgiving and Christmas!). If it isn’t you that carves the turkey/chicken in your house, then show this video to whoever does the carving.

You get so much more meat off of the carcass and, it looks beautiful in the presentation. If we don’t need all the meat in that meal, we leave any extra uncarved as it will stay fresher and juicier. Let me know if you try this!
